The Project: The Key Biscayne yacht club is a landmark in Key Biscayne, MIAMI. It is being renovated and updated. It will be a high end, full service marina with boat storage, concierge service, dry stack, etc. We want to simply modernize the existing logo.

The Brand: We want to communicate the idea that we are staying true to the heritage, but modernizing. We’d like to take the old logo and make it fresh.
